Davis Food Coop Colorful Rain Garden

This landscape outside a popular food market intercepts rain from the store's roof and hardscapes and directs it into a series of rain gardens filled with native California plants and pollinator supporting flowers. In order to inspire more gardens of this type, we installed plant signage and gave educational workshops on the topic of ecological landscaping.
